I found an Alfa I was interested online via the Autotrader site. I clicked on the dealer and asked some questions. Muhammad responded immediately (at 7.00pm at night) and was really helpful. As I am 2 hours away, I wanted to ensure the car was what I expected, and to confirm I could part exchange. I visited Pegasus and struck a great deal with Muhammad. However, the next day someone hit my car in a car park… Of course no-one admitted to it. I was pretty upset, but I spoke to Muhammad and he offered to honour the deal, by charging me the cost of the repair to my car. His was a very competitive quote and meant I could exchange the car quickly and easily. I now have my new Alfa… The whole process was smooth and friendly. Thank you Muhammad for great service.

A quick text and I was sent the money to replace it with the correct one. The friendliest and most efficient customer service I have ever experienced when purchasing a used car.
